I wouldn't leave any stars if I had a choice. Horrendous experience with this place surgery went OK but the after care was shocking.. cost spiralling out of control and we had no choice but to keep paying or were told that our lil one could potentially suffer.Referred to out of hours at additional costs ( who were amazing) where she was sent home as she didn't need to be there. I have now escalated this to a formal complaint, but reading all the other reviews really don't hold out much hope. I just wish I had read the reviews first and gone elsewhere. Now I will wait for the bog standard response to my review :(

Catastrophe!!! Came down with my dog for blood test which costed me £250 the tests should tell us if there is something wrong with the dog. The first sample was lost so we had to come back for another one in few days, then we had to wait 2 weeks for the results. Then they told us that there might be problem with the liver but they are not sure. They recommended another blood test which would be £370🤯. Absolute ripe off the dog was fine they just want to earn money on us!!!!

Took our 2 dogs in for routine annual meds/ jabs. My dogs create no fuss. However yesterday the blonde vet attempted to inject my poor dog 4 times, only managing to get half the dose in. When he screamed in pain, the vet had to take poor Bertie behind doors to complete the dose. When I asked her why she was having a problem, she claimed my dog was moving too much. A BARE FACED LIE TO MY FACE!!!!! My dog was perfectly still !!!! This was the last straw. In March, we took my Chihuahua in for pain killers injection. The vet suggested we try Accupunture for free. IT WAS DREADFULL!!! The vet jabbed my poor dog all over his body with the same needle, constantly pricking him, instead of gently placing needles in strategic places that you would expect with acupuncture. My poor Choccy looked traumatised. He developed swellings and breathing problems the next day, and long story short. He died the next day, at the emergency vets!!!!! We were given no reason why. But was quickly faced with a huge bill. No looking for another vet.

Just have to say how amazing the staff are at this store. Sue the receptionist is lovely person and deserves a mention. As pictured below I have a German Shepherd, unfortunately he is very anxious and nervous. Making him loud and very stressed, she went out of her way to make him as comfortable as possible. We recently moved and made this our new vet and very happy we did. The Veterinarians that have had to examine him have also been very understanding with his behaviours. So all in all a great practise and store

Lovely staff (especially the ladies taking calls and running the front desk) reasonable prices and always quick to fit in an emergency any time I've had to ask. I've got 5 cats and have used this vets for the past few years and have never had a problem with them or their service. This is louie after his latest trip to vets4pets for a rat bite to the ear/head...he's an old man but won't stop bringing me presents!
