Our dog received very good care. He was examined thoroughly and the vet calmed him down well

Prompt attention when walked through the door. My best friend was given a good checkup, kept at ease whilst this was happening and thankfully given a clean bill of health (for his age). Happy days!

The vet was secind to none. Suberb friendly and great with pet. The actual admin left a lot to be desired unfortunately . Not being told what i owed in total ( so only paid what i was told) and having to ring back to pay the rest. Then being told they couldnt find my account and to go back in which was impossible as no more days off that week. To finally being told i would be sent debt letters . This is in the space of 3 days

Laura the Vet I saw , was very kind to my dog even though he grumbled at her. he soon realised she was Okay and was a good patient when they treated his poorly ear. He can be a bit of a wimp.

Took my nine-week old kitten, Lucy, to get her first vaccine. Receptionists were very kind and accommodating when I explained Lucy was my first pet. Vlad, the vet, was also very accommodating and patient with any questions I had. The staff were very kind when I rang back after the appointment, mistakenly believing the worming had not been included. Turns out it had - I’m just a airhead! The process of setting up the plan was straightforward and easy.
