Great staff and great warm welcoming service

Practice with good range of services and some products available. Open reception room with small area set aside for cats. Usually punctual for appointments. Very friendly, helpful staff with good service from reception, nurses & vets. Fairly expensive these days unfortunately.

Lovely staff, professional service and very thorough. Would recommend.

Animates have always been friendly, caring and professional at Market Deeping and Thurlby and especially recently when our fur baby has needed a lot of care. I was absolutely delighted to visit three weeks ago to discover that there is now a separate dedicated Cat Clinic where the hospital has always been. This is a well thought out calm, peaceful space, decorated in soft green with bird sounds being played in the background. Our girl was much calmer without excited doggies and the nurse had lots of time for us, even showing me the new cat kennels. Not only did our girl seem much calmer but I did too. I felt quite regenerated when we left! Well done Animates for this brilliant idea that I’m sure will be greatly appreciated by all cat lovers who visit 🐈

Just wanted to special thank you to Maisie James ! Who’s been absolutely fantastic with our pooch Karma ! Karma had been a regular over the years at both of the practices Deeping and Thurlby, all the staff have always gone above and beyond for us, I have endlessly recommended Animates to all friends and family over the years. Recently Karma fell quiet poorly we really thought this was going to be the end of our road with her but thanks to Maisie who clearly works miracles our Karma is feeling a lot better and we get to create some more memories with her. Maisie is a wonderful person who really cares about animals and their owners! We are so very comforted by the way you took care of us and Karma!

Nice people, but outrageous prices. Had consultation resulting in one injection and small bottle of Arthrocam. Also asked to drop off Urine sample. Money never mentioned. When leaving paid bill of £105. 2 Days later got bill of £58 for sample test! Advise you ask for estimate before appointment, I will never use them again.

Excellent experience from the warm reception,the energised , reassuring and competent veterinary surgeon ,ably assisted by a very friendly veterinary nurse. Our puppy definitely felt fussed over and treated to a very high standard of attention and loved every minute of it. We even started benefiting from the pet plan plus we took out ,which gave us great value for money for the treatments prescribed. Thank you Hannah and Jude. Tilly is now looking forward to future visits.

I can't thank this team of professionals enough, I needed my lovely dog to have her annual vaccinations and flea and worm treatment and the cost at our previous vets was so much but after speaking to Animates they were able to do this for me using a health care plan which worked for me so I could spread the cost with one monthy payment. The team were so inviting welcoming Poppy my Springer spaniel who is very bouncy and we left so happy all vaccinated. Thank you so much! X
