HORRIFIC treatment from the vet. Had to get my cat put down and was naturally heartbroken. Where the vet was so focused on making money and seeing as many people as quickly as possible, he let my cat go through much more pain than necessary by making her wait without myself present in the room so that she was on her own and then when it was time he put the needle in without me there and I heard her cry and I wasn’t even there. He then took it out when I complained I wasn’t there for her and then re did it, putting her through more pain. Cannot believe some people can be so cruel. Would not recommend this place at all if you love pets.

Very caring and friendly vets. The only downside is their location. With the restricted parking space access and being right on a roundabout it's hard to get back on the road.

The reception staff are unbelievably rude and give off very unwelcoming vibes. Honestly, 99% of the time it feels like you should be thankful they’re even doing their job

Used them for my cat’s eye infection last year. The vet gave me a rarely known medicine by the vets that fixed the problem with just one tube. Forgot the vet’s name but he was so good!!

The vet was efficient. However... I later rang needing assistance/ advice with the treatment I had to administer at home and the reception staff said they'd speak to the vet and call me back. Nobody called me back which was extremely inconsiderate considering I explained that Im disabled and needed help. I also found the charges were astronomical as the prescription items given were over £50 cheaper at vetscriptions online. Being given the option would have been more helpful.

We took our dog to vets for pets because he was welping when you touched his back his temp was 40 degrees and his skin on his belly was red raw, after a consultation by the vet at vets for pets our dog was given pain relief injection we was handed gabapentin and sent packing with a £111 bill, I returned later that day with my dog as he wasn't him self at all still welping ect, again we was told to early to diagnose him and sent packing, he hasn't been OK again today we took him to a private vet, after he shaved our dog i was absolutely disgusted to find what we found and that 2 separate consultation from vets for pets did not highlight this in the first instance, he has holes all over his body, he had a twmp of 40 degrees still suffering with infection, and in a great deal of pain, they infact told me he had potentially been bites by something and had a reaction causing high temperature and also fever images are quite damming at the very least, I am absolutely disgusted that vets for pets did not pick this up in the 2 consultations, I will email the images to vets for pets for comment on why on 2 occasions I was shunned out the door i new I wasn't mental and I'm soso glad the vet we did see checked him over properly, however this then came with an editional cost of £700, if vets for pets had checked him over properly then this sum would have been significantly lower and if antibiotics had been sought in the first instance then he would of been on the mend, the vet we spoke to was shocked to hear that he had a temperature of 40 degrees and instantly looked for infected areas as my dog had a fever was shivering and body popping, whilst protecting the sore areas of skin, vets for pets you should be ashamed of your selves I will be withdrawing my dog from you kindly and sending him to an actual vets that care for your animals, 40 degree temperature red raw stomach and you gave him pain relief for potential pulled muscle or trapped nerve ? I ain't no vet but twice it told you that it's clearly more than a pulled muscle, the vet i took him to looked absolutely shocked when I told her this AVOID THIS PLACE YOUVE BEEN WARNED
